So glad we stopped by! Such a cute sitting area with several food trucks around & plenty of tables! Warm, cozy, clean ambiance! Crab Rangoon's were delicious! Same with the combo fried rice (chicken, steak & shrimp) & steak fried rice, the sauce was the perfect addition! Totally recommend + always a cherry on top supporting small businesses!
I ordered this on foot dash and was a little hesitant regarding portion. I had enough food for left overs. The food was really good and I love the yum yum sauce. I will be going back and I will take my family with me as well.

This food truck spot is becoming well known for our area. It's definitely appreciated to get something different from pizza and chick which is way too plentiful in the area. I ordered steak and chicken. The steak was cooked medium, and was tender and moist. It was delicious. The chicken was tender and all was plentiful to have leftovers. I have been her a couple times and it's not the closest to me but it worth the drive over to pick it up.
We have ordered from here many times. Great portions and excellent quality. Quite literally just the same if not better as going to any hibachi restaurant. One thing that sets them apart Is definitely their noodle dish. Seriously, where do they get their noodles, or do they make them... They are almost light and fluffy but slightly chewy... They are simply amazing!
What ever this sauce is it's crack ! The noodles are bomb ! Did not disappoint in the slightest
Went around 1/12/23. This is in a food truck circle. Many of those trucks are open only on weekends, but this one is open more! The woman at the window, Cruz, was very helpful and friendly. She let me try a "shrimp cheese blanket." It's 4 for $4.50. All their appetizers look tasty, so the sampler is also an option. I got the Vegetables Hibachi, which was packed. Generous portions. And tasty, and affordable. I wanted the spicy sauce with that, and it was good. I'm not local, but if I go again I may try the Red Snapper HIbachi. Or a noodle dish. They have only fried rice (not white or brown), but that's a minor issue. Also spoke briefly with the cook when he took a break; also seemed like a nice guy. Solid.
